Chosei private school opens. |

Kamihabu School and Chosei Private School are merged into "Taiseikan," founded by Chiba Temmu, medical doctor and educator in Chiba Prefecture. |
| April 1911 |
Taiseikan becomes "Taiseikan Junior High School." |
| September 1923 |
Taiseikan officially becomes a prefectural junior highschool in Chiba, this time called, "Chosei." |
| April 1948 |
Chiba Prefectural High School is established as it known today and has been providing high-quality education in Mobara for over 60 years. |
